Duties

  • Highly motivated and creative
  • Strong interest in fundraising, sales, marketing, and/or event coordination
  • Excellent communication. Negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with ability to work alone using own initiative.
  • Manages all event sponsorship activities.
  • Responsible for sponsor prospecting and support.

 

  • Responsible for all forms of event design (such as decoration, themes) research latest trends in fundraising, etc.
  • Manages event volunteers (recruitment and relationships)
  • Works with the Social Media team and Expansions team to call for registrations.
  • Provide information to potential participants.
  • Employ various advertising methods
  • Responsible of controlling an event from set up to clean up, scout and book locations, food, entertainment etc.
